Our Process

Sometimes it helps to know what to expect.

If you’re interested in hiring us to write your business plan, here’s what you can anticipate:

1. You’ll talk with somebody at Pinnacle on the phone —

usually William Dean or Marisa Marconi — to tell us briefly about your project. After that, we’ll email you a flat fee quote. 

3. You’ll have a Zoom meeting with the project manager assigned to your plan and send over any existing documentation you’d like us to see.

They’ll work through the details, review your materials, flag any gaps that might raise questions with immigration authorities, and identify any other important pieces we’ll need to do our work. You can share information via an interview or through email, whichever you prefer. 

2. You’ll sign an easy online contract and pay a 50% project retainer

with the second installment collected a month later.

4. Our team researches your business and develops a plan

customized to your specific situation and aligned exactly with your visa requirements.

5. You get a complete plan over email within two to four weeks.

This is dependent on the type of plan and project. We make revisions free of charge for up to six months.
