Pinnacle Plan Writing was founded in 2016 in Portland, Oregon, by principal consultant Marisa Marconi, named one of the top five business plan writers in the nation by EB5 Investors Magazine. In 2018, Mary Louise (ML) Warhus joined the firm as a project manager and EB-5 specialist. In 2023, Pinnacle hired several key consultants (and former colleagues) from Masterplans, which ceased operations that year.
